Paula Rego is one of the Portuguese artists recognize worldwide, with a vast and controversy work. Her work will for sure strike you... either positive or negatively. And the exhibition is for free!
One the other hand, the building itself is worth a visit. I loved it! It was designed by the Portuguese architect Eduardo Souto Moura and the photos talk by themselves!
On the same day, you can enjoy Cascais old center and even go to the beach! It is only 30 minutes distance from Lisbon by train.
