This is Lisbon Hostel is located in a full restored and redecorated XIX century building, in the old-town district of Mouraria, just outside the wall of Lisbon’s Castle, with an amazing view over Lisbon’s rooftops. Our hostel is a true Portuguese house full of charm, where tradition and comfort meet perfectly, with a huge terrace, wonderful to relax while sunbathing. You will feel the Lisbon touch!

This is Lisbon hostel is a charm hostel with seven rooms, for a total of 34 guests. To give you the best choice, our rooms are all totally renovated and newly refurbished, with new top quality mattresses, central heating and enough space to make your stay a pleasant one.






Suite Saudade is a double-room, with private bathroom, perfect for a romantic stay. We’re sure you will miss it and you will come back; that’s Saudade. The Azulejo Room is also a double-room, very spacious, with direct access to the terrace, perfect for a long stay. We have three 6-bed dorms, Miradouro Dorm and Tejo Dorm, which are mixed dorms, with a great view of Lisbon, and Fado Dorm, which is a female dorm, especially thought for women travelling alone. Pessoa Dorm, named after our greatest poet, is a 4-bed room, ideal for a quite stay. The Sardinha Dorm is an 8-bed dorm specially arranged for guests who want to stay in a special place but spend less money. Bed linen and duvets are included in the bed price.

This is Lisbon...partying!

Starting next Friday, the 14th of May, Lisbon will be hosting major events under the "Festas de Lisboa" (Lisbon's Parties) umbrella! Expect music, art, street performances - including the very portuguese Fado in Eléctrico 28 (really!) - theatre, art exhibitions, cinema, workshops, public wedings (26 to be precise and live broadcasted on portuguese TV!), more music, and, did I already mention music?

Also included on "Festas de Lisboa" the popular "Arraiais"! Picture grilled sardines on good portuguese bread (yes, that's OUR pizza!) and wine and beer and more Fado and lights and colors and people and laughing and kissing and talking out loud and staying up 'till dawn and more, deep, thrilling, hot kissing (it's easy to find goods alleys in the "old" Lisbon).
