New National Coach Museum - Novo museu dos Coches

The most visited museum in Lisbon, Museu dos Coches - National Coach Museum, has finally a new building and exhibition! It is definitely two things to visit in Lisbon!
The new museum was design by Paulo Mendes da Costa in Belém in front of the River Tejo not far from the oldest location.

This is Lisbon Newest Public Elevator, and it's in our street!

Finally there's an elevator (public and for free!) that connects down-town with Lisbon Castle!

This lift takes you from Rua da Madalena to Rua Costa do Castelo and it even has a supermarket Pingo Doce on the ground floor! So only good news for our guests!

Lisbon has just won, for the second consecutive year, the title of “Europe’s Leading City Break Destination” at the World Travel Awards, the so-called “Tourism Oscars.”

The votes come from travel industry executives and agencies who apparently feel that currently Lisbon is an unbeatable destination in Europe.
